Siri won't turn on even though it's on in setting, have I done something wrong?

This could be due to a lot of things. Here are some things to try. Try a "hard reset". To do this push the power and home button together until the iPhone turns off and begins turning back on. If this fails to bring Siri back then make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest software for your iPhone. If that fails, try backing up and restoring your iPhone. If this fails it may be some type of damage and require Apple support.
